At ProTex, we take extensive steps to make sure our customers are satisfied and that we always exceed their expectations. Here are some points to consider.....


  • Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You NEVER have to leave a message and wait to be contacted. You always speak to a live person! 

  • We provide ALL services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We never close- Our staff is always ready at a moment's notice to handle any and all situations. If you're open, we are open. 

  • Same Day Service- We arrive at all calls the same day the call was placed, if placed before 3 pm, with no after hours charges.

  • Emergency Service- We can handle all your problems. When you are down, we know you are losing money and customers so we will shift our work and ALWAYS accommodate and prioritize your emergency. 

  • Communication- Our technicians never leave the job until our customers are satisfied. We want to know all the issues and problems so we can make the proper repair to your equipment.

  • Our Fleet- Our service fleet is completely stocked with the manufacturer recommended parts for most equipment. While no one can guarantee to carry every part, we usually can repair the equipment while on location about 95% of the time, providing we can access equipment while you are operating.


  • We only use quality OEM parts in our repairs. We do not install generic or used parts. We have to stand behind our workmanship, so we want to prevent any recalls.

  • We have 180 day guarantee for all parts and workmanship. If our part fails or we are recalled for the same repair within 180 days (6 months), the repair is FREE! ABSOLUTELY FREE!

  • Quality check-up- After we provide service or repairs, one of our service managers or owner will stop in and visually inspect each job for the high quality standards we are known for. In addition to our inspection, our office staff will follow up with a courtesy call to check on your service.
